Every markup tracked. Every resolution synced.
Trace connects Bluebeam Studio Session markups to Autodesk Construction Cloud (now Autodesk Forma) — creating native issues with 2D sheet pins and writing resolved status back when work is done.
Reviewers mark up drawings in Bluebeam. Project managers track issues in ACC. Between them: copy-paste, spreadsheets, and human error.
That gap costs time, causes miscommunication, and lets things fall through — every review cycle, on every project.
Markup in Bluebeam
Reviewers work exactly as they always have — marking up PDFs inside a Bluebeam Studio Session. No workflow change required.
Trace creates the issue
Trace reads each markup via API and automatically creates a native ACC Issue with a 2D sheet pin at the exact markup coordinates.
Loop closes automatically
When the issue is resolved in ACC, Trace writes the completed status back to the original Bluebeam markup. The loop closes itself.
Truly Bidirectional
Status flows both ways. Bluebeam → ACC on markup creation. ACC → Bluebeam on resolution. The loop closes itself.
Native ACC Issues
Trace creates real ACC Issues with 2D sheet pins — not workarounds. Visible in Autodesk Forma and the Revit Issues Add-in.
No Workflow Change
Reviewers stay in Bluebeam. Modelers stay in Revit. PMs stay in ACC. Trace runs silently in the background.
Exact Sheet Coordinates
Markup positions map directly to ACC sheet pins with no coordinate transformation. Bluebeam and ACC share identical 2D geometry.
Cross-Platform Moat
The only product bridging Bluebeam Studio, ACC Issues, and Revit simultaneously. A structural competitive advantage neither vendor can replicate.
Built for GCs
Designed around the coordination failures that cost general contractors schedule and margin — not for architects or owners.
Beta V1 is running. Right now.
On May 18, 2026, Trace completed its first fully live round-trip — reading a real markup from a Bluebeam Studio Session, and writing the resolved status back via API.
Revu confirmed: "Completed set by Platform AEC on 5/18/2026 at 9:15:27 PM."
